Cancellation and Refund Policy Ayurveda Workshop
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing (email confirmation required).
The following refund conditions apply:
Cancellation made 7 days or more before the workshop date : 👉 Full refund (100%) of the amount paid .
Cancellation made between 6 days and 48 hours before the start of the workshop : 👉 Partial refund of 75% of the amount paid .
Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop, or failure to attend on the day of the event : 👉 No refund will be issued .
These conditions take into account advance costs incurred (organization, room reservation, content preparation, and facilitator fees) and are considered reasonable, clear, and accepted at the time of registration .
