Cancellation and Refund Policy Ayurveda Workshop

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing (email confirmation required).

The following refund conditions apply:

• Cancellation made 7 days or more before the workshop date:
  👉 Full refund (100%) of the amount paid.

• Cancellation made between 6 days and 48 hours before the start of the workshop:
  👉 Partial refund of 75% of the amount paid.

• Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the start of the workshop, or failure to attend on the day of the event:
  👉 No refund will be issued.

These conditions take into account advance costs incurred (organization, room reservation, content preparation, and facilitator fees) and are considered reasonable, clear, and accepted at the time of registration.
